Hello! I’m Lauren Small, a passionate healthcare professional with a unique journey. In 2017, I graduated from PIMA Institute of Technology, achieving an associates in occupational science and earning the title of a certified occupational therapy assistant. Through this foundation, I developed a strong understanding of rehabilitative practices and the human body. My fascination with manual therapy grew, leading me to further pursuits. In 2019, I completed my studies at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, obtaining a license as a massage therapist. The world of manual therapy opened doors for me, but my true focus emerged when I delved into the intricacies of the lymphatic system.

In 2020, I sought to deepen my expertise by attending the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. Here, I obtained certification in the prestigious Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage. This medical modality holds immense significance, utilized in over 90 hospitals. My practice is dedicated to aiding individuals battling chronic conditions like inflammation, autoimmune disorders, Lyme disease, fibromyalgia, hormonal imbalances, etc. Moreover, I extend my healing touch to post-operative plastic and orthopedic patients, offering a pathway to expedited recovery and enhanced well-being.

In my approach to healing, I go beyond the confines of the lymphatic system, recognizing the profound interconnection of the body’s systems. By seamlessly integrating the fascial and nervous system into my treatments, I create a holistic and personalized approach that aims to alleviate pain and promote overall well-being. This fusion allows me to address both the structural and functional aspects of discomfort, offering a comprehensive solution tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Through this intricate combination of the lymphatic, nervous and fascial systems, I strive to provide a soothing and effective path towards pain relief and healing.
