New pop-up dining experience, “The “FARMentation” Series” slated for success.
Farm to table cooking with thoughtfully fermented ingredients.
Charleston, SC - Riding the success of his Valentine’s Day pop-up dinner, Chef Jake White and his company Charleston Chef Service are back with a fresh take on “Farm-to-Table”. “The FARMmentation Series” is a new menu concept and pop-up dinner that Chef defines as “Farm-to-Table cooking with thoughtfully fermented ingredients.” And you might understand why with menu features like Snapper Sashimi with lacto-jalapeno, green apple, and coconut sugar or Coffee-Kombucha Tiramisu.
Chef’s passion for local and sustainable agriculture is evident in this fresh concept. Nearly all of his ingredients come straight from the Lowcountry and are prepared and fermented with respect to the traditions of the land's predecessors. This is truly a full body experience that satiates both the mind and body while bringing you closer to the rich agriculture of Charleston, SC.
